Merge PDF Files
Many portals give you one upload slot for several proofs. Add your PDFs in the right order and download a single combined document.
Choose your files
Pick from your files or gallery. You can also drag a file here.
Private by design. This tool runs entirely inside your browser — your file is never uploaded to us or to any other server. How this works
- No signup
- Free to use
- Processed in your browser
- No watermark
What this tool produces
- Accepts PDFs, and images which are added as extra pages.
- Pages keep their original size and order.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
- Password-protected or damaged PDFs cannot be processed; remove the password in your PDF viewer first.
How to use this tool
- Select the files you want to combine.
- Check the order shown in the list.
- Press Merge files.
- Download the combined PDF.
What this tool changes
Nothing inside your pages is re-encoded, so quality is untouched. Only the container changes: one PDF instead of several.
Common upload problems
- The merged file is too big for the portal
- Use Merge & Compress PDF instead — it combines and then fits the file under your limit.
- One file refuses to merge
- It is probably password protected or damaged. Save an unlocked copy and try again.
