How It Works
1. Read the requirement. Your application notice states the format, the size limit in KB or MB, and sometimes the pixel dimensions. Those three lines decide everything.
2. Pick the matching page. If the limit is a common one, a page already exists with that number preset. Otherwise use a custom tool and type the exact figure.
3. Prepare the file. Your browser tests many quality levels and keeps the best one that fits inside the limit. Nothing is uploaded while this happens.
4. Verify before you upload. The result panel shows the original size, the requirement and the final size. A green “Ready to upload” means every constraint you set was met; if it cannot be met, we say so instead of pretending.
5. Download and submit. Files are named after what they are — photograph-20-50kb.jpg, application-documents.pdf — so you can find them again in the portal file picker.
