Merge PDFs and Fit Them Under a Size Limit

The real submission task in one step: join your documents and hit the maximum size the portal allows, without running two separate tools.

Choose your files

Pick from your files or gallery. You can also drag a file here.

Required size

We create the highest-quality file possible within this limit.

Compression rebuilds each page as an image: text may no longer be selectable, form fields and links are flattened, and any existing digital signature (DSC / eSign) becomes invalid. If signature validity matters, do not modify a signed PDF.

Private by design. This tool runs entirely inside your browser — your file is never uploaded to us or to any other server. How this works

  • No signup
  • Free to use
  • Processed in your browser
  • No watermark

What this tool produces

  • Accepts PDFs and images together.
  • Set the maximum size the portal allows for the combined file.
  • Pages stay in the order you selected them.
  • Password-protected or damaged PDFs cannot be processed; remove the password in your PDF viewer first.

How to use this tool

  1. Select all documents in submission order.
  2. Enter the maximum size for the final PDF.
  3. Press Merge & compress.
  4. Download the single upload-ready PDF.

What this tool changes

First the documents are combined, then the combined file is rebuilt at the best readable quality that fits your limit. You see the page count and the final size before downloading.

Common upload problems

The limit could not be met
We give you the smallest readable version and say so plainly. Removing optional pages is usually the fastest fix.
Some pages look softer than others
Photographed pages compress less predictably than clean scans. Retake the darker pages in better light.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just merge and then compress separately?
You can, but two tools mean two waits and two downloads. This page performs both and validates the result once.
Is anything uploaded to a server?
No. Both steps happen in your browser.
