FileReady

Upload Checker

Copy the requirements from your application notice, upload the file you were going to submit, and find out which parts already pass before the portal rejects it.

What does your form require?

Upload the file you plan to submit

Private by design. This tool runs entirely inside your browser — your file is never uploaded to us or to any other server. How this works

  • No signup
  • Free to use
  • Processed in your browser
  • No watermark

How to use this tool

  1. Type the allowed formats exactly as your notice lists them, for example JPG, JPEG.
  2. Enter the minimum and maximum size in KB. Leave a box empty if your form does not set that limit.
  3. Add pixel dimensions only if the notice specifies them.
  4. Upload your file and read the pass and fail list.
  5. Press Fix everything to produce a corrected file, then download it.

What this tool changes

The check itself changes nothing — it only reads your file and compares it with the rules you entered. When you press Fix everything, we convert the image to JPG, apply the pixel dimensions if you gave any, and search for the best quality that lands inside your size range.

Common upload problems

The portal says invalid file format even though the name ends in .jpg
A renamed PNG is still a PNG inside. This checker reads the real contents of the file, so it will show the true format.
My file passes here but the portal still refuses it
Check whether the notice sets a limit we were not told about, such as minimum dimensions or a maximum page count, and add it above.
Fix everything did not work on my PDF
Automatic fixing currently handles images. For PDFs, use the PDF compression tools, which target an exact size.
